🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Hobbyland.pk, we genuinely want you to love what you order. But if something doesn’t go quite right, we’re here to make it better—with honesty, care, and a smooth process.

✅ 7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

To help us serve you better, please report the issue as soon as possible with photo or video proof.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days

  • Inspection of the returned product is required before we proceed

  • Returns are only accepted if the issue is genuinely from our side (wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.)

Please note: Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

♻️ Exchange Policy

Want to exchange an item? We’ve made it simple:

  • Tell us which product you’d like to exchange and what you want to replace it with

  • Once we confirm availability, send the original item back (customer bears the courier charges)

  • If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid

  • If it costs less, the remaining amount will be adjusted as store credit

Exchange requests are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and after product inspection.

💬 Important Notes

  • All exchanges and returns are processed after inspection

  • Items must be in original, resaleable condition

  • If the issue occurred due to a mistake from our side (like a wrong or damaged item), we’ll handle the resolution with care.

  • However, if the product is being returned or exchanged for any reason other than our mistake, then the courier charges (both ways) and any price difference will be the customer’s responsibility.
