At Hobbyland.pk, we genuinely want you to love what you order. But if something doesn’t go quite right, we’re here to make it better—with honesty, care, and a smooth process.
✅ 7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

The product is defective or damaged, or
-
You received the wrong item
To help us serve you better, please report the issue as soon as possible with photo or video proof.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days

Inspection of the returned product is required before we proceed

Returns are only accepted if the issue is genuinely from our side (wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.)
Please note: Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
♻️ Exchange Policy
Want to exchange an item? We’ve made it simple:

Tell us which product you’d like to exchange and what you want to replace it with

Once we confirm availability, send the original item back (customer bears the courier charges)

If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid

If it costs less, the remaining amount will be adjusted as store credit
Exchange requests are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and after product inspection.

All exchanges and returns are processed after inspection

Items must be in original, resaleable condition

If the issue occurred due to a mistake from our side (like a wrong or damaged item), we’ll handle the resolution with care.

However, if the product is being returned or exchanged for any reason other than our mistake, then the courier charges (both ways) and any price difference will be the customer’s responsibility.
